Nicholas M. Coscino

       Nick Coscino is a veteran of over 25-year service as a police office, Detective, Sergeant and Lieutenant. He retired as Chief of Police from the City of River Forest Illinois after 20 years of service. He is a graduate of the 127th session of the FBI National Academy and has a BA in the Administration of Justice from Illinois Benedictine College. Nick then spent several years in the newspaper business in Arizona before joining the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office. He is presently a Lieutenant Commander of the Sheriff's Executive Posse and the Commander of Volunteer Training. Nick's management expertise is in the area of labor negotiations and contracts. He is also experienced in developing contracts between the Police Chief and municipality. His training expertise is in the area of Evidence Technicians and such program instituted by Nick is still acknowledged as one of the best in the Chicago area.
